Boyd's Process Service, Inc. provides the following services to the legal community:

 

• We serve non-enforceable legal documents which include - but are not limited to - summonses, subpoenas, evictions, occupancy reports, motions and Mortgage Foreclosure lawsuits.

• Documents received prior to 10:30 a.m. go out for service THE SAME DAY (at no additional charge) - all documents are attempted within 3 days of receipt - rush and same day services available, as well (additional charges apply.)

• Automatic e-mail updates that provide up-to-date status on jobs including information obtained and completion date/time, along with a copy of the affidavit of service.

• We also provide research and document retrievals from our local courthouses (which include DAILY runs to St. Lucie, Indian River & Martin Counties and weekly runs to Okeechobee County.)

• We also handle discoveries for law firms at our local State Attorney's offices.
